About Us

High Silver Clinic is run by Samuel Lidgley. He originally qualified as a human osteopath, attending the prestigious British School of Osteopathy in London, where he completed a four-year (full-time) Masters Degree course.

Following this training and accreditation, Sam opened High Silver Clinic, in Norfolk. High Silver Clinic, which quickly established a reputation for excellence in the local and regional community.

Coming from generations of horsemen and women, it was the natural step for Sam to diverge into Equine Osteopathy. He completed a post-graduate course, taught by the 'father' of animal osteopathy, Stuart McGregor.

Sam believes in taking an evidence-informed and pragmatic approach to treatment, which is supplemented by a keen interest in equine behaviour and psychology. He is eager to work closely with veterinarians, physiotherapists, farriers and trainers - in order to provide the best possible comprehensive care and management of horses. By doing so his aim is to bring about lasting change and noticeable improvements in performance and behaviour.

What others say

"I must admit, I was a little sceptical at first of Samuel and his profession; however, after spending a day with him I was impressed by his scientific and evidence-informed knowledge base and approach to treatment. It is clear that Samuel has a keen interest in the care and wellbeing of horses, and is good at what he does."
